How to add a video to your listing, portal by portal
Each portal shows video differently. Here is how to add one, what format it expects, and the portal's own help page as the source.
- Zillow · United StatesZillow only shows a video on Zillow Showcase listings: the Showcase photographer uploads it through Aryeo, it can be horizontal or vertical, up to 120 seconds, with no logo, watermark or brokerage ad, and you pick it in Edit carousel media › Videos. On standard listings that come from your MLS, Zillow doesn't let agents add a video.
- Realtor.com · United StatesRealtor.com takes a video as a link: in your free Professional dashboard, open Listings › Listing Details › Virtual tour / video link and add a custom link to YouTube, Vimeo, Matterport or Asteroom. The link must open a web page, not a raw video file.
- Rightmove · United KingdomRightmove takes a video as a link: in Rightmove Plus, open Properties › Property List › your listing › Media › Additional media and add the link with a caption. YouTube and Vimeo videos play inside the listing; other hosts open in a pop-up. If your listings come from your agency software, send the link through that feed instead.
- Zoopla · United KingdomZoopla takes a video as a link: in ZooplaPro, open Manage listings › your listing › Video / Virtual tours and paste the URL, or send it in your feed. Only approved players are embedded (YouTube, Vimeo and a few tour providers); YouTube Shorts are not accepted, and the video badge in search results needs a Premium Listing.
- idealista · Spain, Portugal, ItalyAgencies upload videos in idealista/tools › your listing › Edit › Multimedia: up to 6 videos of up to 600 MB each (mp4, mov, avi and more), or a YouTube or Vimeo link. Note that idealista's terms forbid videos based on photo montages of the property, and its help centre advises against slideshows: a video made from listing photos may be removed there.
- SeLoger · FranceSeLoger's own pages say agents add the video from the My SeLoger Pro app, one video per listing. Its advice: 1 to 2 minutes (3 to 4 for a large house), filmed with the phone held horizontally, and the sound is removed. These SeLoger pages date from 2020 to 2022, so check the app for the current limits.
- ImmoScout24 · GermanyImmoScout24 lets agents upload the video file directly: in Angebote, open the listing › Bilder, Videos, Dokumente und Links › Bearbeiten › Video laden. Files up to 1 GB in any common format are converted for web playback automatically; one video plays in the listing.
- Property Finder · UAE and GulfProperty Finder takes a YouTube video link, added in the media step when you publish the listing in PF Expert, next to 360° tours. Its Partner Hub suggests shooting vertical for social media and a horizontal version for the YouTube video on the listing.
- Bayut · UAEBayut takes a video as a link: host it on YouTube, Dailymotion or Vimeo, then add the link to the listing in Profolio. Since July 2025, TruBrokers advertising in Dubai can also post short TruBroker Stories, videos tied to a listing that show above search results for a week, paid with credits.
- realestate.com.au · AustraliaREA announced in May 2026 a self-service video upload in Ignite for all customers, and since July 2026 vertical walkthrough reels appear in the realestate.com.au app's video hub, according to Elite Agent and IT Brief. REA hasn't published the video specs on a page we could open, so check Ignite for the current limits.
