How do I subscribe? Go to Settings and choose Starter or Pro. You can also buy one-time credit packs from Credits.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel from your account settings.
What happens if I run out of credits? You can top up anytime. Existing tours remain available to download.
Creating tours
What photos do I need? Room clips need 1 photo. Property tours need 2–6 photos in walk order. See our documentation for details.
Do I need video editing skills? No. Upload photos, pick a style, and ImoFrame generates the tour for you.
My generation failed. Check that your photos are clear JPG/PNG files. If the issue persists, contact support with your tour ID.
Login & security
I did not receive my verification code. Check spam folders. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Request a new code from the sign-in page.
I cannot access my dashboard. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser and try signing in again.
