How do I add a video to my Zillow listing?

Zillow only shows a video on Zillow Showcase listings: the Showcase photographer uploads it through Aryeo, it can be horizontal or vertical, up to 120 seconds, with no logo, watermark or brokerage ad, and you pick it in Edit carousel media › Videos. On standard listings that come from your MLS, Zillow doesn't let agents add a video.

Step by step

  1. Make sure the listing is a Zillow Showcase listing: video is part of Showcase, not of standard listings.
  2. Your Showcase photographer uploads the video file through Aryeo, Zillow's media platform. Links and embeds are not accepted.
  3. In the listing, open Edit carousel media, then Videos, and choose the video. Zillow shows one video, second in the photo carousel, playing muted.

What Zillow accepts

  • How it's added: File uploaded by the Showcase photographer through Aryeo; no links or embeds
  • Length: 120 seconds maximum
  • Orientation: Horizontal or vertical
  • Videos per listing: One
  • Branding: No persistent logos, watermarks or brokerage ads
  • Cost: Included in Showcase, which is a paid product; format and file size not stated

Making the video from your listing photos

Showcase video is produced and uploaded by the Showcase photographer. For everything else — your website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and portals that take a video link, such as Realtor.com — a video made from your listing photos works, and costs far less than a shoot.

Made from listing photos, the video can be horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16). With Imoframe you pick the format before ordering and can switch it afterwards; a horizontal video also comes with a 9:16 download for Reels and TikTok.
