How do I add a video to my Zoopla listing?

Zoopla takes a video as a link: in ZooplaPro, open Manage listings › your listing › Video / Virtual tours and paste the URL, or send it in your feed. Only approved players are embedded (YouTube, Vimeo and a few tour providers); YouTube Shorts are not accepted, and the video badge in search results needs a Premium Listing.

Step by step

  1. Upload the video to YouTube as a regular video (not a Short) with embedding allowed, or to Vimeo.
  2. In ZooplaPro, open Manage listings, then the listing, then Video / Virtual tours.
  3. Paste the link. For Vimeo, use the player.vimeo.com address. If you list through a feed, put the link in the feed.

What Zoopla accepts

  • How it's added: A URL in ZooplaPro or in your feed
  • Embedded players: YouTube, Vimeo and approved tour providers; other hosts appear under Additional links
  • Not accepted: YouTube Shorts
  • Cost: Embedded video is free; the video badge in search results needs a Premium Listing

Making the video from your listing photos

Since Shorts don't work on Zoopla, upload a horizontal 16:9 video as a regular YouTube video and keep the vertical version for Instagram and TikTok.

Made from listing photos, the video can be horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16). With Imoframe you pick the format before ordering and can switch it afterwards; a horizontal video also comes with a 9:16 download for Reels and TikTok.
