Real estate listing video without a subscription: 10 pay-per-video options (2026)

We make Imoframe, so read this knowing that. Every price below was read on each tool's own pricing page on October 28, 2026, in US dollars unless the tool only publishes euros. The sources are at the end. Prices change — check before you buy.

Why skip the subscription

Most AI listing video tools are monthly plans: Reel-E from $59 a month, BetterSpace from $29 a month, AutoReel from $30 a month billed yearly. They pay off if you list every week. If you list a few homes a month, or your volume moves around, paying per listing means a quiet month costs nothing and no video goes unused.

Questions

Can I make a real estate listing video without a subscription?

Yes. Imoframe ($9.99 a listing), Vidlume ($9), Roomotion (€39 excl. VAT) and ListingVideo ($39) sell one video at a time; Amplifiles and Pic2VidTour charge $1.50 per animated photo; vProp and Shoto sell credit packs. Prices read on each tool's page on October 28, 2026.

What is the cheapest AI listing video without a subscription?

For a finished video, Vidlume's single listing ($9) and Imoframe ($9.99, or $8 a video in a pack of 5 or 10) were the lowest prices we found on October 28, 2026. Clips you edit yourself cost less: Photos To Video AI sells 15 clips for $9.

Is paying per video cheaper than a subscription?

If you make fewer videos than the plan includes, yes. Reel-E's Essential plan is $59 a month for 3 listings ($19.67 each if you use all three); a month with one listing still costs $59. Paying per listing, you only pay for the videos you make.

Do pay-per-video tools put my logo and contact on the video?

Most do: Imoframe, Vidlume, vProp, Roomotion, Pic2VidTour and Amplifiles add your logo or contact details. Pixlmob's clips don't mention branding.
