Are AI listing videos allowed on the MLS?
Rules differ by MLS and country, so check yours. In general, a video must represent the property accurately: avoid anything that adds, removes or changes features, and review every shot before posting. Animating your real photos with a camera move is different from virtual staging, but you are still responsible for accuracy.
Many MLSs restrict branding (logo, phone) on the media they host — keep a version without your contact for the MLS and a branded one for social media. Imoframe lets you switch the logo and contact off and re-cut the video for free.
AI camera moves can invent what lies just outside the photo. If a shot shows something that isn't really there, redo it with another move or take it out of the video before you publish.
