Questions

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The check runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

What makes a listing photo good for a video?

At least 1280 pixels on the long side (1920 or more is better), bright, in focus and straight, with each room shown once. A camera move on a sharp photo looks like real footage; on a small or blurry one it looks soft.

Should my listing video be horizontal or vertical?

Follow your photos. Horizontal photos make a horizontal video (16:9) that shows each room in full, ideal for portals, YouTube and your website. A vertical video (9:16) for Reels and TikTok only keeps about the middle third of a horizontal photo, so it looks zoomed in.

How many photos do I need for a listing video?

8 to 15 photos make a 20 to 40 second video, at about 3 seconds per photo. Start with the best room, end with the view or the outside.

Can I use screenshots of my listing photos?

It's better not to: a screenshot is smaller than the original photo and the video will look softer. Export the original files from your phone, your photographer or your portal account.
